Biography
Michel has been working in the IT field for over 10 years. Holding a master’s degree in software engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke and being a member of the Québec Bar, he provides an original view about processes, IT, compliance and people. Michel is also a Scrum Master and a lecturer at the Université de Sherbrooke. He gives advice to organizations in their effort to improve their productivity, clients satisfaction, and quality of life in the workplace.
