The Scrum approach is the implementation of Agile values applied specifically to project management. This one-day course presents practical workshops that will simulate the reality of a Scrum-mode project. Participants will have the opportunity of experiencing the various Scrum ceremonies in a concrete manner and together they will produce all of the artefacts related to this approach while being accompanied at each stage by an expert who has participated actively in the introduction of Scrum to development teams. As part of this course, participants will have to develop a Web site on paper (paper prototyping) and will experience each of the steps related to software development. Paper prototyping allows each person to participate actively in the various workshops without having to have specific skill sets.
